The most common floor finish for storage, office, retail and production floors is 38mm tongue and grooved wood particleboard. 

  

Standard P6 boards are supplied in most applications however, a moisture resistant P5 board is available for more hostile environments.
 
To the top surface an anti-slip melamine laminate can be supplied bonded to the board or alternatively a clear laquer or coloured paint can be applied to the finished boards after the installation has been completed.

  

To the underside and meeting stringent class 0 flame retardant requirements, boards can be supplied with a reflective silver or white foil back which can also aid with light reflection.

 

     

   
For a heavy duty arduous environment steel or aluminium chequer plates can be installed, individual plates are safely secured to the support structure using screws or rivets.

  

    

For external or internal floors where there is the possibility of liquid spillage or where cleanliness is a priority i.e. food or pharmaceutical processing, galvanised steel mesh or grills provide the most suitable anti-slip surface hygienic surface.
